Report a warranty claim
At VELFAC, we work hard to always deliver flawless windows and doors. Unfortunately, manufacturing errors or damage can occur during transport from the factory to the delivery address. If you experience faults in your VELFAC windows and doors, you can submit a claim.
If you want to report transport damage, it must be photo-documented while the window/door is still on the pallet.
We have now registered your request in our system.
