However, if you need any replacement parts, repairs, or general post-installation advice, we offer a range of services designed to ensure your windows and doors continue to deliver the performance you expect.
- Standard spare parts
Depending on the part, a straightforward replacement can usually be supplied in two to four days. Standard parts include new keys or handles, and also all generic parts (screws, paint and so on).
- More complex part replacements or repairs
Larger parts, or parts requiring bespoke manufacture, have a longer delivery lead time. Contact us to discuss your requirements in detail, and to obtain a cost estimate for the replacement part and an estimated delivery schedule.
- Repairs under warranty
If for any reason your VELFAC window or door fails to deliver the performance we expect, we can send a VELFAC engineer to inspect the problem and provide a solution. Our warranties cover all unit parts including the frame, glass, handle mechanisms and seals.

VELFAC unique identity tag
When contacting VELFAC with an after sales service request we ask you to provide us with the sales order number and the position number for each window/door.
All VELFAC windows/doors carry a unique identity tag, including the numbers mentioned above, to enable immediate tracing of spare parts. You can find the tag by opening the window and looking at the bottom left side of the wood frame.
