- Standard spare parts
Depending on the part, a straightforward replacement can usually be supplied in two to four days. Standard parts include new keys or handles, and also all generic parts (screws, paint and so on). Click here to order your spare parts.
- More complex part replacements or repairs
Larger parts, or parts requiring bespoke manufacture, have a longer delivery lead time. Contact us to discuss your requirements in detail, and to obtain a cost estimate for the replacement part and an estimated delivery schedule.
- Repairs under warranty
If for any reason your VELFAC window or door fails to deliver the performance we expect, we can send a VELFAC engineer to inspect the problem and provide a solution. Our warranties cover all unit parts including the frame, glass, handle mechanisms and seals. Please read the VELFAC warranty terms and conditions.
