Distributors are independent companies, selected and trained by VELFAC. As each company offers different packages and services, we are happy to suggest one that suits your project, based on type of works required, numbers of windows and doors needed and also your timeframe. Yes. VELFAC windows and doors arrive with a comprehensive warranty of 12 years for windows and 5 years for doors. In the unlikely event that the distributor that you choose ceases to trade, your product warranty will be maintained directly with VELFAC for total peace of mind.
