How to find order and position number

When you submit a customer service claim to VELFAC, it is important you have your window or door order and position number on hand. This will allow our customer service to immediately identify the window or door that requires attention, and suggest what spare parts are needed, for a quicker and smoother resolution of the problem.

If possible, please include the order and position number of the window or door you are making the claim for. 

Where do you find your order and position number?
You can find the sticker by opening the window and looking at the bottom left side of the wood frame. On fixed elements the sticker is located on the upper frame.

Please note, if you have the Former ID tag and your position number contains letters, please add this to the description text box within the claim form instead.
